A Father and Son Bike Ride Across America

I made an agreement with Nick that I wouldn't shave until our ride is completed. So, on November 23, 2011, I shaved and will not be doing so again until we complete this awesome journey. Each week there will be pictures of how its going (or growing) on our blog. In addition we will be updating the blog with our training and you can follow along with us on our ride with photos and videos.

We will be preparing and training for our ride in our home state of Idaho.

Nick and I would like to thank you for visiting our site...this is going to be an incredible journey that will teach us more about ourselves and each other than anything I can imagine all while remembering Bob who we miss so much.

My hope is to help my son realize that he is capable of anything he sets his mind and heart to. In addition, with the purpose of our ride being in memory of my brother and his uncle...he will learn that life can sometimes be difficult to understand but that there are reasons for everything and we should not take a single day for granted.
